This role establishes facility quality procedures, standards, and specifications, and assesses client needs to ensure they are met. The incumbent will supervise the Quality Improvement Department responsible for monitoring health, safety, rights and service quality.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience
• Current DMH employees applying for this position must be free of discipline for twelve months
