Job summary

This role supports QA dashboards, measurement systems, and regulatory reporting while providing broad administrative and meeting support to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data collection and statistical reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of QA, QAPI, and regulatory requirements desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and present performance improvement data for decisions.
• Prepare reports for facility, system and external agencies.
• Maintain databases and QA dashboards, and support measurement systems.
• Provide admin and meeting support and ensure excellent customer service.
