Special Citizens Futures Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Quality Improvement Coordinator in Yonkers, NY. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in human services and experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and staff training. Candidates must have knowledge of OPWDD and Justice Center regulations and possess excellent communication skills.

This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility in working hours and travel. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and a 403(b) plan.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required in human services or related field with progressive experience working with I/DD population.
• Knowledge of OMIG, OPWDD and Justice Center regulations.
• Must have flexible working hours and be able to work outside normal business hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and document incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.
• Coordinate compliance, quality improvement, and new hire training programs.
• Develop satisfaction surveys, analyze results, address complaints, and recommend quality improvement measures.

Conocimientos

Incident Investigator certification

Knowledge of OMIG, OPWDD and Justice Center regulations

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Excellent computer skills

Detail-oriented

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
