Job summary

Apploi seeks a bright, analytical QA professional to join our Quality Assurance team in Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on researching regulations, auditing processes, and ensuring programs meet quality standards.

You'll review documentation, conduct internal audits for services to individuals with disabilities, and prepare findings with actionable improvements. Travel within NYC/Nassau possible; valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• Auditing, compliance, quality assurance, investigative, or related experience preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and/or Excel spreadsheets strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This full time position is based in Brooklyn and requires travel to scattered sites within New York City and/or Nassau County, Long Island. Must have valid New York or New Jersey driver's license and full use of own vehicle. Salary commensurate with experience and proven skills.

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000
