Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a proactive Quality Improvement professional to join the QI Team at Assynt House, Inverness. You will support delivery of an ambitious workplan, coach frontline teams in QI methodology and contribute to national programmes such as the Scottish Patient Safety Programme.

The role requires experience in quality improvement, data analysis, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive sustainable improvement in practice, with travel within NHSH board

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality improvement training and coaching staff in QI.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and present data for quality improvement and assurance.
• Understanding of SPC and run charts; healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of QI training and programmes across NHSH.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement improvement projects.
• Travel within NHSH board area and to national meetings as needed.
