Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• Four+ years in affordable housing management, program compliance, financial reporting, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, apply, and score quality reviews per HUD and agency regulations.
• Lead special projects from initiation to completion and report progress to stakeholders.
• Research and cite regulatory rules; respond to compliance questions with clear guidance.
• Assist with Section 8 HAP Contracts compliance and attend related trainings.
• Prepare and maintain detailed files and reports; meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular attendance and keep licensure up to date.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
