Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Grader in Atlanta to help determine the quality of donated goods and support store operations. You will thoroughly examine and grade donated items to prepare them for sale, drive daily production goals, and assist across multiple work areas while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.
• Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with peers.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning and work instructions.
