Qualifications

• Visual inspection of product quality on the line.
• Must remove defective product according to customer requirements.
• Must pass a customer specification test before qualification.
• Willing to rotate to other positions on the line.
• Follows Simmons operating systems and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as required by product grade lines.

Responsibilities

• Visually grades product on the line to keep only quality product meeting requirements.
• Removes defective product and sorts into defect groups.
• Completes and passes customer specification test before becoming qualified.
• Rotates to other positions on the line as needed.
• Participates as a Team member and supports development of team concepts and policies.
• Adheres to Simmons operating system principles and company policies.
