Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking a production team member to ensure only quality product stays on the line and to meet customer specifications for quality, weight, and count. The role includes visually inspecting dropped products, removing defects, and organizing rejects into defect groups.

You may rotate to other positions on the line as needed and participate in team development, communications, and implementation of policies to ensure best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Standing for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and able to perform repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

• Visually grades product to ensure it meets customer requirements (quality, weight or count).
• Removes defective product from the line and places it into defect groups.
• May rotate to other positions on the line as needed.
• Participates in team development, communicates and implements team concepts, programs and policies to ensure best practices.
