Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero company, seeks a Quality and Food Safety supervisor to lead daily QA and manufacturing teams in a food production setting. You will ensure compliance with QMS, CPQI/HACCP/SQF standards, and communicate expectations across departments.

Back-up for QA Manager and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC within food/nutrition manufacturing, FDA/USDA familiarity, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Business Administration, Education, Technology, or Communications; equivalent experience may be substituted.
