Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee QA Logistics activities in a food manufacturing setting. You will supervise teams, enforce SQF and safety policies, and ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards across warehouse and freezer operations.

Responsibilities include training, audits, supplier assessments, and driving continuous improvement while reporting to the QA Manager Logistics. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance/control in food/nutrition manufacturing or retail.
• Experience in FDA/USDA-regulated environments.
• PCQI, HACCP, SQF certifications required; certification within one year if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce SQF and safety policies; promote safe behavior.
• Administer work standards to ensure task performance; document work.
• Manage quality activities in warehouse and freezer processes.
• Support CI and food safety culture; conduct audits and COA reviews.
• Communicate with warehouse management and QA Manager; ensure information flow.
