Job summary

Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero company, is seeking a supervisor to lead a team in a busy food manufacturing environment. You will communicate expectations, drive accountability for safety, quality, delivery and cost, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

You will foster learning and development, support process improvements, and work under management guidance to align operations with strategic priorities. Weekend night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or commensurate experience.
• Leadership experience in line operation and manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Experience with labor planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees performing operations tasks.
• Communicate expectations and drive accountability for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
• Support process improvements and encourage new approaches.
• Align daily work with management strategy and priorities.
