Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero company, is seeking a QA-focused professional to monitor production lines for food safety and quality, collect samples, review records, and coach staff to prevent deviations.

You will work with QA Management, Hygienist, and Production to uphold HACCP, SQF, and PMO guidelines, maintain current SOPs, and support corrective actions. This is night shift with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Microbiology, or Food Science required.
• Experience in QA or production/technical in FDA/USDA regulated industry.
• Experience with Cleaning, Sanitation and Chemical Control.
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and FDA/USDA guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food safety and quality programs are applied during production.
• Review records and assist investigations of process upsets.
• Coach staff and drive CAPA with production personnel.
• Maintain current SOPs and QMS documents.
