Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sanitation Team Leader to help bake world-class products, coach teams, and uphold safety and quality standards across shifts.

You will lead sanitation activities, monitor KPI performance, and develop associates through coaching, training, and feedback while adhering to GMP, SQF, and company policies.

5-7 years in bakery/food manufacturing operations management, a bachelor’s in Food Science preferred, and HACCP/PCQI knowledge are assets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Bakery/food manufacturing operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related major preferred.
• HACCP, PCQI, Food Defense Coordinator and GFSI familiarity is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Win the shift by ensuring quality, safety, and production schedule adherence.
• Coach Associates to build problem-solving capabilities and ownership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, in-full production.
• Drive safety, food defense, and GMP compliance across shifts.
• Monitor KPIs for People, Quality, Safety, Service and Cost.
