Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Sanitation Team Leader in Chicago to drive world-class sanitation, safety, and quality on the shift. You will lead a team, coach associates, and ensure throughput and on-time performance while upholding our leadership behaviors.

You will utilize digital tools, monitor KPIs, and partner with QA, production, and maintenance to deliver a safe, compliant bakery environment and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Bakery or Food Manufacturing operations management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related major preferred.
• Sanitation supervisory experience in bakery or food manufacturing.
