Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead quality, environmental, health, and food safety programs at the plant. You will drive data-driven improvements, respond to customer audits, and manage cross-functional teams to meet high standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, statistics, or engineering.
• Seven (7) years' experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.
• Five (5) years' experience with lean tools (root cause analysis, 5 whys, FMEA).
• Experience with food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve plant quality and food safety programs.
• Lead EHS programs and audits; coordinate trainings.
• Act as primary quality contact for customers and audits.
• Develop action plans to meet corporate and customer quality standards.
