Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Quality Systems Manager in Roanoke, VA to oversee quality, environmental, health and food safety programs. You will partner with plant management to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer requirements are met.

The role focuses on leading data analysis, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to improve plant performance and profitability while maintaining certifications and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, statistics, or engineering.
• 7 years' experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.
• 5 years' experience with lean manufacturing tools (root cause analysis, five why, FMEA).
• Experience with food safety and managing food programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Continuous Improvement culture across the plant and implement the action plan to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with production to manage and improve quality and food safety systems and data collection.
• Lead EHS programs with trainings and audits; coordinate with EHS group.
• Serve as lead quality contact with customers; address audits and information requests.
