Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Technicians and ensure the highest standards for ingredients and finished products on the 2nd shift (1:30pm-10:30pm, Monday–Friday, plus weekend as needed). The role emphasizes cost efficiency, continuous improvement, and safety across the unit.

The supervisor will drive GMP compliance, safety, and documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food/Beverage Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in Food/Beverage industry or related field strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations including food safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process knowledge for water treatment, wastewater, product batching, testing, and supplier capability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of processing and packaging equipment and its impact on quality.
• Oversee team execution of GMP, sanitation, documentation, audits, and recordkeeping.
