Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or related environment.
• 1+ year of experience with documentation, SOPs, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines for quality issues.
• Complete analytical testing on finished products.
• Ensure food safety standards through audits and inspections.
• Review production paperwork for compliance.
• Train frontline and salaried staff on new SOPs.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma/TPM initiatives.
