PepsiCo is seeking a Supervisor for the 2nd/3rd shift to oversee a food safety-certified team within our U.S. operations. You will drive GMP compliance, sanitation, documentation and audits while developing team capability and managing day-to-day operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Oversees team execution of food safety pre-requisites (GMP, sanitation, documentation, audits).
• Maintains knowledge of process improvements and technical developments.
• Builds team capability through effective employee relations.
• Develops the team to handle day-to-day issues and meet short- and long-term goals.
• Delivers change leadership while minimizing people impact.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
• Motivates team to achieve plan goals.
• Ensures compliance with health & safety regulations including food safety.
• Oversees regulatory audits/inspections (AIB, FDA, ISO F2200, GHEMS).
