Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Quality Inspector at Weeden Creek facility in Sheboygan, WI 53081. You will evaluate finished products, ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and fill quantities, and maintain GMP/HACCP standards throughout the packaging process.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, preparing containers, labeling, boxing and palletizing, and reporting safety/quality issues. On-site role with potential overtime and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Requires basic communication to understand work assignments.
• Requires attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and SQF guidelines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cooked product for deficiencies at each packaging step.
• Break down cooked product to suitable packaging size and load into packaging equipment.
• Label, seal, and package products; ensure correct quantities and carton labeling.
• Report safety and quality issues to supervisor or QA; perform other duties as assigned.
