Nelson Miller Group is seeking a qualified Quality Manager to lead and optimize our quality management systems across industrial, IoT, medical, and aerospace sectors. This role ensures the highest product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance while guiding a skilled team.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage calibration and inspections, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure PPAP readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of progressive quality experience with demonstrated leadership.

Aufgaben

• Oversee QMS to meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Lead and mentor Quality and Inspection Team to meet goals.
• Review engineering packets for new orders as part of cross-functional reviews.
• Develop and implement Process Control Plans and PFMEA.
• Interface with customers/suppliers on non-conformances; conduct failure analysis.
• Initiate and manage CARs/SCARs.
• Supervise inspection areas; ensure timely PPAP reports.
• Determine sampling plans and reporting for quality data.
• Manage Calibration program and record-keeping.
• Drive continuous improvement via FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Manage engineering projects per customer requirements.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
