This role focuses on maintaining the QMS, meeting AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements, and partnering with engineering and operations to enhance product quality and manufacturing performance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in quality, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, without direct team leadership

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of NCRs, corrective action, root cause analysis, and quality audits.
• Experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to improve first-pass yield and reduce defects, rework, and customer returns.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality systems and continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), support regulatory and customer requirements, manage quality issues, and partner with engineering and operations to improve product quality and manufacturing performance. This candidate needs to be detail orientated and work well with others; they will not be overseeing a team but will be collaborating with other employees.
