Job summary

IronRoad is conducting a confidential search for our Cincinnati-based client. We're seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager with a proven track record in industrial manufacturing to lead quality excellence across our client's growth-oriented company.

The Quality Manager will partner with customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver outstanding quality performance while supporting innovation and new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with process industries preferred.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA.
• Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally.

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead root cause and corrective action efforts.
• Reduce the cost of poor quality.
• Drive strong supplier quality performance.
• Ensure consistent compliance with applicable industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
