BlueScope Coated Products, LLC in Middletown, OH, seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the site Quality Department, focusing on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and ISO-compliant operations. You will drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across plant quality processes.

The role partners with manufacturing and engineering to analyze data, maintain the Quality Management System, and ensure product integrity for coil coating operations, while

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering related studies
• 10+ years working as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing industry
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering related studies
• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience on a Coil Paint Line
• 10+ years working with AIAG Core Tools or comparable toolset from aviation or FDA regulated industries
• Oracle system experience
• 7+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing industry

• Lead the Quality Dept. to support achievement of plant goals and objectives.
• Collect, analyze and interpret manufacturing data related to quality performance and drive improvements.
• Audit manufacturing areas for adherence to procedures and certifications; track corrective actions.
