Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Dept to support plant goals and objectives.
• Collect, analyze and interpret manufacturing data to improve quality performance.
• Audit areas for adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; track corrective actions.
• Facilitate improvement initiatives across departments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and train on the Quality Management System.
• Review quality records and perform safety audits.
