BlueScope Coated Products in Houston is seeking a Quality Supervisor onsite to manage the quality of all products on the coil coating line. You will enforce the ISO-compliant QMS, supervise technicians, and lead investigations into non-conforming materials while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in steel processing or quality systems, with leadership experience and strong communication.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in steel processing, manufacturing, or Quality Systems.
• Management or Leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Quality and Environmental experience.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and enforce ISO-compliant Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Improve process quality and yield on the Coil Coating Line.
• Lead ISO audits and compliance activities, including CAR/PAR.
• Supervise Quality Technicians and manage non-conforming materials (HFI).
• Track materials consumed on the line and reduce waste without impacting quality.
• Analyze data to validate and refine QC standards on the production line.
• Generate product quality/performance reports and support investigations with vendors/customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and inventory control.
