Job summary

You will mentor staff, lead improvement programs, analyze nonconforming material, support audits and new product introductions, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet production quality targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO, IPC and AS standards.

Responsibilities

• Support generation of performance metrics for products and processes.
• Lead Quality Improvement Programs aligned with customer requirements.
• Mentor and train personnel in quality practices.
• Resolve low-difficulty customer issues using quality tools such as root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and compliance activities including ESD, supplier assessments and documentation control.
• Support new customer qualification and new product introduction with supplier assessments.
