Job summary

Celestica in Richardson, TX is seeking a Manager, Operations Quality 2 to lead and mentor a skilled team within the Quality function, ensuring the site Quality Management System aligns with corporate objectives.

You'll drive performance metrics, lead quality improvement programs, and support audits, CAPAs and RMA handling, while collaborating across functions to meet strict production quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ISO, IPC, AS, TL quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of performance metrics for products and processes of moderate complexity, driving the team to achieve quality goals.
• Leads Quality Improvement Programs (QIP) in support of customer requirements and expectations.
• Mentors and trains personnel in Quality management and improvement practices.
• Resolves customer issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provides leadership in analysis of nonconforming materials, RMAs, audits, and quality system documentation.
