Job summary

Jabil seeks a Quality leadership professional to drive continuous improvement of Quality processes, systems and tools. You will recruit and develop Quality Engineers, OBA personnel, and QA Analysts, coach teams in hiring, and implement training curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to lead recruitment and retention for Quality Engineers and Analysts.
• Experience coaching and mentoring Quality Engineering staff to deliver excellence.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel and QA Analysts.
• Coach engineering staff in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Develop and validate training curricula for the Quality function.
• Drive continuous improvement in key quality metrics and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9000/ISO14000/QS9000 and related standards.
