Qualifications

• Three+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, documentation, and CI methodologies.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive corrective actions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• AS9100 experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
• Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Investigate manufacturing quality concerns and implement CAPAs.
• Drive quality improvements for product performance and process efficiency.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Provide quality engineering input during product development and process improvements.
• Monitor supplier quality and partner with vendors to drive improvements.
• Track and report key quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
