Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization, improve quality, and boost production efficiency in a regulated advanced manufacturing environment. You will work across cross-functional teams to support new product launches and solve complex manufacturing challenges for high-reliability products.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will develop processes, maintain docs, lead root-cause investigations, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Knowledge of process development, SOPs, and manufacturing docs.
  • Experience with root cause analysis using structured methods.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proven teamwork with production, quality, and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enhance manufacturing processes to boost productivity, consistency, and quality.
  • Create, maintain, and update manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process flows.
  • Support assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities with safe, efficient operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects targeting waste reduction and throughput gains.
  • Drive root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Design tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering to review designs for manufacturability.
  • Support prototype builds, process development, validation, and NPI programs.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Train operators and technicians on methods, quality requirements, and best practices.
  • Manage engineering changes and configuration control.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with standards.
