Job summary

AISIN World Corp. in Clinton, TN is seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist to lead quality control and assurance for powertrain components, aligning plans with design intent and supporting manufacturing in defect resolution.

You will conduct root cause analysis, implement SPC, develop inspection standards, and drive cross-functional improvements to prevent defects from reaching customers. Travel as needed; onsite work with a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or 4–6 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Plans and conducts analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure quality.
• Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment.
