Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality, engineering or similar technical coordination.
• Ability to read product drawings and datum schemes for production control.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan to select target suppliers by verifying quality and delivery KPIs.
• Verify contracts/preproduction agreements to support fair judgment.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and document action items with owners and deadlines.
• Lead supplier quality and delivery improvements to KPI targets via technical guidance.
• Go-and-see verifications at supplier sites to confirm countermeasures.
• Foster calm, fair collaboration with suppliers and AISIN stakeholders.
