Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality or engineering roles with technical coordination.
• Ability to read product drawings and datum schemes for process control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Readiness to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan to select target suppliers through verification of quality and delivery KPIs and data.
• Verify contracts or other preproduction agreements to establish foundations for judgment.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual and in-person cross-functional meetings to align perspectives, develop PFUs, and document action items with timelines.
• Lead improvements of supplier quality and delivery toward AISIN KPI targets through supervisory and technical advisory to suppliers.
• Go-and-see verification to establish, complete and verify effectiveness of countermeasures on-site at supplier locations or AISIN plants.
• Foster calm, fair, and professional collaboration with suppliers and internal AISIN stakeholders for short-term resolutions and long-term success.
