Job summary

AISIN Texas in Cibolo, TX is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to help resolve supplier quality issues, support containment, and drive corrective actions that protect manufacturing operations.

This role collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to evaluate non-conformances, participate in audits, and improve supplier quality performance, while contributing to continuous improvement, quality systems, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years automotive/assembly experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive/assembly experience.
• Experience with PAPP requirements and root cause analysis.
• Proven problem-solving and corrective action skills.
• Ability to resolve process, production, or people-related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Investigate supplier quality issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Review supplier non-conformances and communicate findings.
• Provide technical guidance on quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Conduct supplier audits and track action items.
• Monitor effectiveness of CAPAs and COPQ improvement.
• Coordinate containment activities for non-conforming material.
• Prepare management reports and quality reviews.
• Support continuous improvement, ISO/TS and ISO 14001 compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards.
