Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.
  • 7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • QMS data integration and governance across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, document management, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-based systems.
  • Quality analytics and decision support to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Power BI reporting and KPI visualization for quality metrics.
  • Automation and predictive insights using BI tools and AI-driven analytics.
  • Mentor and support team development; travel up to 10%.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audit management, customer issue resolution, and document control processes. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, this individual plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.Major Responsibilities:QMS Data Integration and Governance: Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems including NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, document management, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-based systems to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.Quality Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support business and quality objectives.Power BI Reporting and KPI Visualization: Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into key quality metrics, including corrective actions, supplier performance, audit results, customer issues, and overall QMS effectiveness.Automation and Predictive Insights: Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, identify emerging risks, and support proactive decision-making.QMS Analytics Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Quality and business leaders by supporting KPI development, data governance, dashboard interpretation, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% to support business, site, and Corporate Quality initiatives.Minimum Job Requirements:EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Certification / LicenseMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.Work Experience7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.Strong experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and performance reporting.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Ability to influence process improvements through data-driven insights.Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and accountability.Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support team development.Preferred Job Requirements:EducationMaster’s degree preferred.Work ExperienceExperience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing quality data, supplier quality metrics, or enterprise reporting platforms preferred.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesExperience with advanced data visualization, dashboard strategy, reporting automation, and analytics solutions that improve business visibility and decision-making.“We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.”
