Responsibilities:

• As a Manager:
• Set performance goals for team members
• Provide regular feedback and address performance issues promptly
• Acknowledge high performers to motivate and retain talent
• Develop and coach individuals to reach their potential
• Foster team spirit and onboarding for new hires
• Allocate workloads to optimize talent and growth
• Lead quality initiatives and report on quality metrics
• Participate in compliance and process improvement efforts
• Manage Quality Engineering team members in distributed teams
• As an Individual Contributor:
• Develop automation scripts in C# for REST web services testing
• Use SQL for database verification and testing
• Collaborate to improve automation frameworks and testing processes
• Participate in Agile development, including requirements analysis and test planning
• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing; analyze defects and report bugs
• Work with support teams to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications and professional memberships are a plus

Experience:

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering, including Agile, test automation, and release procedures
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills in Test Engineering
• 2+ years in engineering management
• Familiarity with JIRA, GitHub, Azure, AWS, etc.
