Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior professional to lead and manage quality assurance across projects in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the development and execution of QA programs, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and client expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional managers, provide training, and maintain active communication to reinforce a culture of quality ownership and accountability across nationwide resources.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• CMQ/OE certification required; OSHPD A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality frameworks implementation and maintenance to ensure project and company expectations are met.
• Facilitate cross-functional quality review meetings and present data-driven insights.
• Manage quality coordinators and other QA staff to achieve quality objectives and professional development.
• Guide quality processes in early project phases including pursuit and preconstruction to ensure proper integration in proposals and procurement.
• Monitor and support execution of quality processes during construction and ensure alignment with frameworks.
• Investigate quality non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
