Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance across projects, coordinating plans, trainings, and program updates in alignment with company policy. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with field and office staff, and ensuring compliance with owner and government requirements.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in construction quality, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvement in QA processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management or related field.
• 8+ years construction quality-related experience.
• 0–2 years mentoring or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of QA procedures for a variety of construction conditions.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Create Project Specific Quality Plans and assign accountability for each task.
• Develop Project Specific Water Intrusion Plan and update as needed.
• Ensure the Project Quality Status Report is completed before Monthly Project Review.
• Participate in national quality initiatives and QA program updates.
• Coordinate quality support for the project group and mentor team members.
• Provide updates on quality philosophies and standards to partners, foremen, and project managers.
