You will guide QE teams, define test strategies, drive automation across services, collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams, establish governance metrics, and champion modern testing tools and practices.

• Lead QE teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across functional, integration, API and end-to-end testing.
• Drive automation-first practices and increase test coverage across applications and services.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Dev teams and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Establish QE governance frameworks, quality metrics, compliance standards, and executive reporting.
• Champion modern testing tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Validate quality across distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and complex integrations.
