Job summary

Anchor Fabrication Fort Worth is seeking a Quality Engineer Supervisor to lead the quality control team, implement ISO 9001:2008 compliant processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will develop QA strategies, manage corrective actions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory and customer requirements, supporting national growth and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and standards.
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving techniques.
• Clear, effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with APQP elements: PFMEA, CP, Process Flow Diagrams.
• Experience building scalable quality systems and training staff.

• Manage Corrective and Preventive Action processes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and metrics.
• Develop and utilize statistical analysis systems.
• Drive quality certification processes and document control.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to manage vendor qualification.
• Oversee customer quality qualification and responses.
• Present data on quality systems and performance.
• Partner with executives on quality development strategy.
• Develop and deploy training aligned with ISO 9001:2008.
• Provide timely problem-solving to meet business needs.
