Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma / GED with 5+ years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ISO 9001 auditing and cross-functional problem-solving is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise hourly water-cooled quality technicians (both shifts).
- Lead problem-solving teams to analyze and resolve internal/external issues.
- Lead first pass yield improvement projects and scrap reduction initiatives.
- Participate in Design Reviews, PFMEA and Control Plan development; plan actions to reduce RPN.
- Track and report Quality KPIs for the area and present data to management.
