Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• 3+ years in quality and supplier quality disciplines.
• 3+ years applying APQP, FMEA, PPAP and related tools to drive zero-defect quality.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier excellence and quality improvements.
• Lead implementation of product certification (Pro-Cert) at key suppliers.
• Coach suppliers via on-site supplier quality audits and process audits.
• Design for manufacturing improvements on future products.
• Support PPAP readiness at Carrier plants.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve warranty performance.
• Lead quality improvement events using quality tools.
• Achieve objectives for quality, warranty spend, SPPM, FPY and safety.
• Occasional travel ~30%.
