Acestack in Dallas, TX seeks a QE Test Lead to guide quality engineering and testing across projects, with emphasis on defect triage, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.

You will collaborate with development, product, DevOps, and support teams to ensure delivery readiness, define test strategies and metrics, drive automation, and report progress to stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and a proactive approach to quality.

Qualifikationen

Lead quality engineering across projects with strong focus on defect triage, issue resolution and coordination.
Collaborate with development, product, business, DevOps and support teams to drive quality outcomes.
Effective communicator and issue manager across technical and business teams.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end testing across releases, applications or workstreams.
Define test strategies, plans, scope, schedules, entry/exit criteria and quality metrics.
Guide QE team in test design, execution, automation, regression testing and reporting.
Ensure coverage for functional, integration, regression, usability and non-functional requirements.
Identify quality risks and mitigation plans for stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication on testing progress and release readiness.
