Job summary

Do it Best is seeking a QA Lead to drive test planning, coordination, and hands-on testing for assigned projects and business applications in Dallas, TX. You will own QA deliverables, mentor analysts, and coordinate testing across time zones with offshore teams to ensure release readiness.

As a senior QA leader, you will manage scope, risks, and dependencies, review plans, and ensure traceability from requirements to defects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA for projects and applications.
• Proven testing across functional, integration, and end-to-end.
• Experience with offshore testing teams and KPI reporting.
• Ability to mentor QA analysts and coordinate across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own QA activities for assigned projects from planning through release support.
• Define testing scope, estimates, milestones, and criteria based on risk.
• Assign testing work and manage workloads with clear ownership.
• Track test progress, identify risks, and ensure prerequisites are met.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.
