Job summary

Inteva Products in Vandalia, OH offers a Summer Internship Program May–August 2027. Interns will work with the QE team on quality control plans for new products, perform dimensional verifications on early parts, and participate in fixture development, inspections, and gage studies.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
GPA 3.0 minimum required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Work with QE team to develop robust quality control plans for new products.
Complete dimensional verification on early production parts.
Check fixture development, first piece inspections, process control plan development, gage R&R studies.
Potential travel to customers, suppliers and other Inteva facilities.
Learn and implement multiple manufacturing processes.
Work in manufacturing plants and development lab facilities.
Hands on prototype part building.
Be a member of a development team working on new products.
