Job summary

ITT Inc. in Lancaster, PA, invites a Quality Engineering Intern for Summer 2027.

You will join the Mechanical/Quality Engineering teams and contribute to ensuring product quality while gaining hands-on experience in a global engineering environment. Role requires enrollment in an undergrad program (Sophomore–Senior) in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and a 40‑hour work week, May–August 2027, with compensation of $25 per hour and exposure to professional development and networking

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Sophomore, Junior or Senior).
• Major in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure quality requirements are met and investigate nonconforming product.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, purchasing, planning, engineering, customer service, and suppliers.
