Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Management (quality focus), or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Use critical thinking to analyze situations and propose solutions.
• Organize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to share updates and progress.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve product yield and reduce scrap.
• Collect and evaluate manufacturing data to support CI projects and drive process optimization.
• Contribute to projects focused on increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving overall manufacturing performance.
• Seek feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
