Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Chemical Engineering, or related field at a U.S. institution.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams through hands-on project work focused on improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and production efficiency.
• Design and develop assembly fixtures, tooling, and rubber molding devices for manufacturing applications.
• Assist with the design and development of electrical test equipment and apparatus used for production high-voltage testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
• Document designs, test results, and project outcomes while presenting findings to engineering and operations teams.
